The Melting Pot Appleton is donating $10 from every cheese fondue purchase on April 11 to St. Joseph Food Program in honor of National Cheese Fondue Day.

“This is an opportunity for The Melting Pot Appleton to give back, raise awareness for these causes and create a long-lasting partnership with St. Joseph Food Program,” said Jay Supple, owner of The Melting Pot Appleton. “By celebrating National Cheese Fondue Day in this way, our guests will be able to feel like an integral part in making a difference for our community.”

St. Joseph Food Program is a private, non-profit, non-denominational organization created to provide food needs at no cost to individuals and families in the greater Fox Cities area who find themselves economically distressed. St. Joseph Food Program has been operating for more than 27 years and currently distributes groceries to more than 1,000 families a week, 10,000 individuals a year in Calumet, Green Lake, Marquette, Outagamie, Waushara and Winnebago counties.
