Former state Rep. Terri McCormick, who lost the Eighth Congressional District Republican primary in 2008, will be, according to my email, holding an “Announcement Reception” Tuesday morning and evening at which she “will announce if she will run for U.S. Congress in the Eighth Congressional District in Wisconsin in 2010.”

The email came from mccormickforcongress.com, which gives one an idea as to what she might say Tuesday. (That link ends up at the cleverly named The McCormick Standard.)
